Under very rare circumstances orders may take slightly longer than 5 weeks. If this is the case you'll be notified in advance. Shipping within the US by FedEx Home Delivery takes from 1 to 7 days. Other shipping methods may take longer.
Shipping charges start at just $25 to $35 (depending on location) per chair anywhere in the continental United States. Oversize and large chairs cost more. See individual items for exact shipping prices.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. For oversize chairs or large orders we may use a common carrier or a furniture delivery service.
It is a very rare instance if your order is damaged during shipping. If your order is clearly damaged when it arrives, refuse the delivery. If you find the order is damaged after it has been delivered, Carrington Court will issue a call tag to have the chair picked up. In both instances Carrington Court will repair the chair (or replace it if it cannot be fixed) at no extra charge.
If your order is less than $1000 we charge nothing on the date of your order. All orders of $1000 or more are charged 50% up front. Remaining charges occur when your order goes into production. There is very little time between production and shipment, so charges usually happen just a few days before they ship.
No. The prices on our website are wholesale prices. However, for very large orders (dozens of chairs) we will make special considerations on a case-by-case basis.
We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You may also pay by check or money order.
Yes. Dining chair frames have a lifetime warranty. If the frame is damaged during normal use, we will repair the chair (or replace it if it cannot be fixed) for free. Fabric is warranted for one year against defective workmanship. This does not cover fading and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse and where improper cleaning method has been used.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our parsons chairs we will fix the problem or refund your money...period.
Carrington Court has been building these chairs for over 20 years. Over this time we feel that we have perfected the design and you will not find a better chair anywhere else.
In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we do not produce a catalog. We use our web site as a catalog and believe that the site is richer in information than any catalog could possibly be.
Yes. We make sofas, love seats, wing chairs, club chairs, benches, and ottomans. If you are interested please let us know and we'll give you a price and shipping quote. We can also email you pictures.

Given this is my first experience in ordering furniture online...it was absolutely wonderful. So easy and so quick.

I looked for months in catalogs, furniture stores and on the web. I even ordered a few, only to send them back - none compared to yours.
