You can repair fabric, refinish legs and even fix dents and dings--if the frame is broken your chair is useless. We are so confident in our chair frames we offer a lifetime frame warranty. If the frame is damaged during normal use, we will replace or repair the chair for free. If a problem occurs, all you have to do is call us and we will take care of it at no cost to you.
Our fabric is warranted for one year against defective workmanship. This does not cover fading and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse and where improper cleaning methods have been used.
What happens if your order is damaged during shipping? Don't even worry about it. Shipping damage is very rare, but if damage occurs we will replace or repair the damaged chair at no cost to you. We do ask that you inspect your chairs before throwing away the shipping boxes to avoid any delays if damage is found.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All items in the Carrington Court Outlet are covered by an Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee. That means that for any reason you may return an outlet item within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund for that item. You will only be responsible for shipping charges both ways. Of course if there is damage or any flaws we will have the item(s) picked up, repaired and returned to you at no charge.
