Holiday Orders

It's that time of year again. Dinner parties...family gatherings...reunions with friends. It's also a time when a lot of people figure out that their dining furniture is not going to cut it. Carrington Court has become a "seasoned" veteran at helping with those last minute holiday orders.

Our Policy

November and December are the busiest months of the year at Carrington Court. Our normal production time runs about 2 to 5 weeks. However, as of this year we have increased our production capabilities so that many (but not all) orders can ship within 1 or 2 weeks. If you are facing an emergency, feel free to call (828.396.1049) or email (info@carringtoncourtdirect.com) and we will do everything possible to help you meet your deadline. It is very rare for orders to ship later than 5 weeks. Shipping for standard sized items (most dining and parsons chairs) can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days depending on where you live (see chart below). For oversize items, delivery times will vary and could be longer. Please contact us with any questions about shipping times for oversized items such as wing chairs.

Keep in mind that we have a first come, first serve policy. No order takes precedence over another. Just because you order one chair does not mean that a larger order will bump you back. We try to be fair to everyone. A few of the circumstances that can effect the order time are:

• Chair Style -- Certain styles, such as dining chairs with finished legs may take slightly longer because they have an extra step in the prodution process (finishing the legs).
• Chair Size -- Oversize items must be shipped by a home delivery service or common carrier and may have longer shipping times.
• Fabric Selection -- If the fabric is out of stock, your order may take a little longer. If for some reason there is a long lead time on a fabric, you'll be notified ASAP.
• Customization -- If you request modifications to the design of a chair such as changing the height or adding features, it will take longer.
• Distance from NC -- This relates to shipping. The further from NC you are--the longer it will take to arrive. However, most of the continental US takes less than one week in shipping.

If you place you order very close to Christmas, we will do everything in our power to get it to you by the holiday, but we make NO GUARANTEES.
