Fabric Protection Program

While Carrington Court makes the highest quality dining room chairs possible, we cannot protect you from those unfortunate accidents that can destroy your parsons chairs. That's why we've partnered with Stainsafe to offer your fabric the ultimate protection against stains.

For just $15 per chair (minimum 2 chair order) you will receive a 5 year warranty against stains. This warranty ensures that your chairs will stay stain free. This is in addition to the stain resistant abilities of Scotchgard protector.

How it works

You ask for the Fabric Protection Plan when you place your order. We treat your chairs at the factory with Scotchgard fabric protection. When your order is completed, Carrington Court will mail you a warranty in the mail. The warranty paperwork will contain the service information and who to contact if you should happen to stain your fabric.

If an unfortunate accident should occur, there is a three step procedure Stainsafe will take in order to aid in stain removal:

Stainsafe will send a professional upholstery cleaning company to your home to try to remove the stain. If the professionals cannot remove the stain then...
Stainsafe will replace the chair at no cost to you.

What types of stains are you protected against?

Just about anything. Food and beverage stains. Staining caused by pets and even human bodily fluids. The warranty does not cover corrosive liquids, paints, laundry bleach, dies, dye transfer, ink, marking pens, lipstick, wax or chewing gum.
