A combination of design elements makes the Bergman headboard really eye-catching. Straight lines are broken up by notched corners. The shape of the headboard is echoed by nailhead trim which creates a border encompassing a tufted back. Custom made in our NC factory in your choice of hundreds of fabrics.

Production time for upholstered headboards usually runs between 3 and 5 weeks. Once completed, we ship your bed via a home delivery service that will contact you directly to set up a time for delivery. The delivery service will bring your bed into the specified room and unpack it. Before leaving they will clean up after themselves and remove all debris. There is no easier way to get a custom headboard in your bedroom. The hassle and stress of getting a bulky, heavy headboard in your home has been totally eliminated.

All furniture sold by Carrington Court is hand made in our factory in Hickory, North Carolina. Hickory is the furniture capital of the United States. The vast majority of furniture sold in the US over the last 100 years was built in our little town.

Our location makes it easy to make some of the finest quality furniture available. We have a vast pool of cutters, sewers and upholsterers to draw from. Many of our employees have furniture in their blood. Several have grandparents and even great grandparents that worked in the industry.

There are many things that you have to assemble: toys, models and even gas grills. Should you really have to assemble your furniture? At Carrington Court we make furniture the way it has alway been made by hand. The art of making quality furniture has been refined over hundreds of years and we know of no better way to do it.

Why do some manufacturers make furniture that has to be assembled? The answer is easy: To save money. They don't have to pay labor charges and can save money on shipping by putting it in a flat box. The furniture that we make is hand made by upholsterers that have years of experience in their trade. When you order furniture from Carrington Court there are no complex construction diagrams, no packets of nuts and bolts and no fabric to attach. Just take it out of the box and you are ready to enjoy a quality dining experience.
