All furniture sold by Carrington Court is hand made in our factory in Hickory, North Carolina. Hickory is the furniture capital of the United States. The vast majority of furniture sold in the US over the last 100 years was built in our little town.

Our location makes it easy to make some of the finest quality furniture available. We have a vast pool of cutters, sewers and upholsterers to draw from. Many of our employees have furniture in their blood. Several have grandparents and even great grandparents that worked in the industry.

There are many things that you have to assemble: toys, models and even gas grills. Should you really have to assemble your furniture? At Carrington Court we make furniture the way it has alway been made by hand. The art of making quality furniture has been refined over hundreds of years and we know of no better way to do it.

Why do some manufacturers make furniture that has to be assembled? The answer is easy: To save money. They don't have to pay labor charges and can save money on shipping by putting it in a flat box. The furniture that we make is hand made by upholsterers that have years of experience in their trade. When you order furniture from Carrington Court there are no complex construction diagrams, no packets of nuts and bolts and no fabric to attach. Just take it out of the box and you are ready to enjoy a quality dining experience.

A simple chair designed just for kids. This is more than a scaled down parsons chair. There’s extra padding for safety and the dimensions are perfect for children of all sizes. Depending on the fabric—this chair will work for either a little boy or girl. Great around a play table or as a corner accent chair.

Construction Backed by a Lifetime Frame Warranty

We make chairs that last and we are so confident about them we offer a lifetime frame warranty. All frames are made from select hardwoods, 8/4" stock, kiln-dried. All frame parts are precision machined. For strength, all frames are double doweled and corner blocked with all joints glued and screwed together. The back post is made from one piece of solid wood. All of our chairs have four heavy gauge sinuous springs. Urethane foam, dacron wrap and other padding used is of the highest quality. Our tailoring is meticulously done by a team of expert upholsterers, all with the years of experience required to offer the best in appearance and quality.

Affordable Shipping and Fast Delivery

Due to massive demand due and supply chain issues, average order time is around 12 to 16 weeks. If you need your order for a special occasion or by a certain date we will work with you to try and meet your needs. Most orders are shipped by FedEx Home Delivery. When your order is complete, shipping takes between 1 and 7 days depending on your location. Shipping charges will be $10.00 per chair. Shipping charges can be computed in the shopping cart by selecting the state in which you live.

There is no better way to get exactly what you want than by sending in your own fabric. We accept Customers Own Material (COM) orders at no extra charge.
